With over 25 years’ senior management experience in the general insurance industry, Dr Bob Davies is an associate director at M Consulting and Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the City University Business School. His research track record includes leadership of a joint CIE/Cass Business School study analysing top-level corporate leaders, entitled ‘Leadership for Innovation’.
