Delivery of New Product Concept to Specialist Insurer

During discussions with the general manager of specialist legal expenses insurer, DAS, M Consulting suggested the development of a complimentary advice service – a 24-hour telephone stress counselling service – to support the company’s existing product offerings.

DAS requested that M Consulting produce a detailed feasibility study, the recommendations of which it accepted, and we were appointed to proceed with developing and integrating the new service.

M Consulting provided detailed operational and implementation plans and processes, product specifications and research for the delivery of a full stress counselling telephone service, together with rating and operational costings. Our involvement even stretched as far as conducting the recruitment process for a team of counsellors and M also provided product and sales training to prepare DAS staff for product launch.

The product has gone on to become a core service of this leading provider of legal expenses and advisory services.
