M Consulting was asked to present its ideas to a Lloyd’s broking arm, a global financial services business, on marketing its solicitors Professional Indemnity offering.
A full strategy and creative approach was presented to the client, which included building a selection of target databases, campaign strategy, direct mail, creative pieces, copywriting and unique incentive offers.
Our presentation was successful and we were instructed to implement the programme. The activity carried out over the next three months resulted in a 100 per cent plus increase of solicitors requesting quotes from the client, compared to the previous year.
The campaign methodology and materials were designed such that they could continue to be used in future campaigns. This has enabled the client to maintain a strong brand presence cost-effectively.
