M Consulting played an instrumental role in the planning and development of new specialist insurance company, PRI. Drafted in from the outset, we researched the target market and planned the most appropriate business model. M’s business strategy specialists had extensive input into the drafting of the business plan for presentation to flotation advisers and brokers and also advised the company on its flotation prospectus and collated all verification data. Our marketing, creative, PR and new media specialists created a new brand, designed corporate literature, built the website, and developed and implemented a PR and communications programme for the launch.
Working to very challenging deadlines – there were three months between fundraising and launching the business – our core disciplines worked together with the client to ensure a successful outcome. The resulting £130m flotation was AIM’s largest ever to that date and PRI went on to rapidly establish itself as a leading brand in the professional liability market.
