Alliance and Leicester has announced that it is revamping its marketing operations with a new package of marketing software.
The financial services group has revealed it is to use Alterian's operational marketing software in an effort to deliver a more effective marketing approach.
It is understood that the new web-based system will provide Alliance & Leicester with a new framework to improve efficiencies in its recruiting and marketing operations.
It will also ensure that external suppliers can deal efficiently and easily with Alliance and Leicester, reports the Wise Marketer.
The system will support current workflows, meaning that there will be minimum disruption to the marketing operations of Alliance and Leicester.
