Leeds Building Society has publicised its recent charity successes.
The financial services firm has donated £9,610 to the Marie Curie Cancer Care fund, while an attempt to raise £10,000 for three other charities has now reached the halfway mark.
Representatives from the building society travelled to the Marie Curie Hospice in Bradford to present the charity with their cheque.
"It was a great opportunity to visit the Marie Curie Hospice in Bradford and see what the money raised by our members, through both the Your Interest in Theirs and AGM Charitable Incentive schemes, goes towards," said Stewart Bannister, marketing communications manager at Leeds.
The other charity effort will see £10,000 donated to St Gemma's Hospice and Martin House Children's Hospice in Leeds, as well as the Great Northern Children's Hospital in Newcastle.
Money was raised through a Wimbledon-themed fundraising day, complete with strawberries and cream, a tennis-themed quiz, and a raffle.
