Private health insurers could be offered a unique publicity boost if their organisation is awarded a prize by Private Health News (PHN).
Key industry experts in the international private healthcare industry subscribe to the publication - a readership which includes healthcare insurers, clinics, human resource managers and brokers.
One lucky winner could not get a better piece of marketing than being able to say that it has been awarded the acclaim of best insurer in the industry by votes from experts.
Not only in this country, the International Private Healthcare Insurer of the Year award from PHN will ensure that one insurer's position is acknowledged nationwide.
Shortlists of the top three companies will be announced first and finalists will need to create a presentation, which will be judged by an independent judging panel to decide the ultimate winner.
Tied in with the International Private Healthcare Conference (IPHC) and the International Travel Insurance Conference (ITIC), the best healthcare insurer will be presented with an award in a couple of months.
After November 9th, one private healthcare insurance firm will be able to market itself as the choice of industry professionals - an exclusive right as this is the first time that PHN has held the awards.
