Zurich is aiming to enhance its reputation with financial advisers by developing a new tool to help them meet their clients' needs.
The Business Protection Adviser Tool is specifically aimed for advisers without much experience in the business protection market.
It helps advisers create a recommendation on which product will best suit the particular client in question, although for advisers who have more experience in the market it can be used to create an audit trail.
Peter Hamilton, the proposition management director at the financial services company, said: "We believe that the new tool will be a real asset to advisers who are new to the market, giving them greater confidence to address their clients' business protection needs."
The launch of the tool comes after an announcement by Zurich earlier in the month that it had simplified its online application system as part of an ongoing drive to attract more advisers to do business with the company.
